6. Car / Jeep / Van

The enquiry was limited to their availability and not their number. The above assets were treated as available only if these were in reasonable working order.

Regarding availability of telephone, the concern of the enquiry was limited to its availability and not the source. Therefore, if the telephone was provided to any member of the user household by the government, corporate office, company, etc., this was treated as available.
